Domvs Italica is a company, the first, of tourism brokerage born in 2018 in Baveno, from the determination of the partners to exploit the experience previously acquired in the tourism and real estate sector.

The rapid growth materialized in 2019 with the opening of new offices in the historic center of the village of Baveno. In short-term rentals it is the only company on Lake Maggiore to offer a complete property management service, acting as an accounting substitute and bureaucratic manager for customers.

In 2020, the company invested in the renovation of a residence near the Swiss border.

With our partner Edil Laghi, a consolidated reality in the construction and real estate sector, we provide consultancy services to potential clients interested in real estate investments for tourist purposes on Lake Maggiore, from planning, design and construction, to purchase and finally to the profitable management of assets real estate.

We are oriented towards new objectives because our flexibility makes us inclined to diversify our services.
